چکیده
The Biotronic® Top3 (OCAP: organic acids, cinnamaldehyde, and permeabilising complex) is used for improving microbial community in monogastric animals. This research was aimed to test the five dosages of OCAP (0%: control, 0.05%: OCAP0.05, 0.10%: OCAP0.1, 0.15%: OCAP0.15%, 0.20%: OCAP0.2) barramundi (Lates calcarifer) (8.3 ± 0.3 g) eight weeks. results showed a linear relation between level growth rate, feed conversion ratio, protease, lipase, lysozyme serum mucus, alternative complement activity (ACH50) serum, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, malondialdehyde levels (P < 0.05). Accordingly, OCAP0.2 treatment had best performance abovementioned parameters. While there no significant difference expression heat shock proteins (HSP70, HSP90) tumour necrosis factor (TNF-a) among groups, interleukins (IL-1β, IL-8) were significantly lower OCAP0.15 group than others. IGF-1 followed rate trend. Generally, feeding fish with diet improved digestive enzymes activities, immune response, antioxidant system, gene expressions barramundi. As observed, supplementing more reach plateau recommended.

the effects of cooperative versus individual directed reading thinking activities on students inferential and referential questions
two groups of students were assigned as experimental and control ones, and were given instruction on directed reading-thinking activities and after some treatment, they were post-tested. although the initial pre-test did not show any significant differences, the final post-test result revealed that the cooperative reading comprehension helped the experimental group. the cooperative students’...

Barramundi (Lates calcarifer) is an important farmed marine food fish species. Its compact genome (approximately 700 Mb) is among the smallest genomes of food fish species. We established a first-generation genetic linkage map of Barramundi with a mapping panel containing three parents (two males and one female) and 93 progeny. A total of 240 microsatellite markers were mapped into 24 linkage g...

Cryopreservation of seabass (Lates calcarifer) semen is an approach to increase the quantity and quality of seabass fry in aquaculture. However, cold shock can induce sperm injury leading to structural damage of the plasma membrane and loss of motility. Thus, the effect of cryopreservation on fatty acid composition and antioxidant enzyme activities of seabass sperm was determined. In cryopreser...
